Will the course of true love run smooth?  "Much Ado About Nothing" is comedy with a bite.

Shakespeare offers us a delightful story of love overshadowed with deceit.

Indeed, deception is one of the major themes of the play.  Shakespeare offers us two very

different couples: the ever battling Beatrice and Benedick cope with the loving “deceits”

of their friends who attempt to trick the couple into realizing how much they love one

another; and Hero and Claudio, who must endure the evil machinations of the cruel and

vicious Don John.  Fortunately, a bumbling constable stumbles onto the truth and all comes

out well.

"Much Ado About Nothing" is one of the Bard’s most popular comedies and most musical plays

with a long history of success on the stage.

"The defending league and state champion track and field team invites you to join us for preseason workouts under the stands at Prefontaine Track.  Interested students not already participating in an interscholastic sport can get stronger and faster in a program that emphasizes plyometrics, olympic lifting, and gymnastic elements.  Practices run from 3:00 to 4:30 four days a week.  Ask captains Andrew Davidson, Chris Cordova, or Blake Kemp for details."      Thank you, Coach McIntosh
