Attention Girls Basketball Players: Tryouts for the coming season will begin Monday, November 9th from 3-5 and run Tuesday and Thursday also. You must have a gold card to tryout. See you there! (11/2-9)

Tryouts for Boys basketball will begin Monday November 9th @ 3:15 in the Harding Gym. In order to tryout you must have your gold card, see Mrs. Reiber in Pirate Hall. Any questions see Mr. Ainsworth or Mr. Line.

REMINDER TO SOCCER PLAYERS: Your awards dessert is tomorrow night at 5:30 PM at Abby's.

STUDENTS: Remind your parents that MHS has parent/teacher conferences on Tuesday evening, Nov. 10th, from 5-8:00pm. Parents can drop in to visit with your teachers and pick up your end of the term grades.

We will be on an hour-long assembly schedule November 12 for class meetings. Our freshmen, sophomore and junior classes will stay with their 5th period teacher for the first 30 minutes of the assembly schedule and be excused at 9:45 to their class meetings. For the first 30 minutes of the assembly schedule, at the discretion of your teacher, freshmen, sophomores and juniors can have the opportunity to go to other teachers to make up work. Seniors will be excused at 9:13 directly after the announcements and be expected to be in the auditorium by 9:20.

National Honor Society will meet in Mrs. Danielson's room at lunch on Thursday, November 12. We will be discussing Thanksgiving baskets and the alumni Christmas party. Bring your lunch, and don't be late! (Danielson 11/5-12)

Talent Search Freshmen and Sophomores will be taking a trip to the Hatfield Marine and Science Center in Newport on Monday, November 23rd. The purpose of the trip is to learn about marine studies and careers in science. Space is limited, so see Mr. Winberg in room 137 for a permission slip. (run through 11/20)

Girls basketball open gym for all girls who are not currently playing a fall sport is every Tuesday and Wednesday from 3:00 to 4:00 in the West Gym. See Coach George or Coach Miles if you have any questions.

If you are interested in signing up for the Marshfield Bowling Club, sign-up forms are available in the main office. There will be 2 tournaments a month with 30 hours of practice time, etc. Additional information is included on the sign up-form.

"Yahweh's Daughters meets Wednesdays at lunch in PH600. Pizza will be provided the first Wednesday of each month! Bring a friend and your Bible."
