The recycling crew at MHS would like to remind everyone that the large green bins in the hallways are for recycling and not for garbage.
PARKING: The results of the Student parking lottery drawing are posted in the window of the Main office. Please check in with Mrs. Ice as soon as possible to let her know if you are going to be taking these parking assignments.
National Honor Society will hold its first meeting of the year on Thursday in Mrs. Danielson's room - Pirate Hall 504. Bring your lunch. The meeting will start 5 minutes after the bell rings.
Key Club
Join us for the first Key Club Meeting of the year! This Tuesday at lunch in Room 226 - come and make some new friends! If you're interested in volunteering and helping others, this is the club for you.

Hello! Indian Education will be hosting a before-school tutor everyday beginning at 7:15am in room 147. If you need help, or just more time to get those assignments done, come on in!
Yahweh's Daughters
"Ladies, Yahweh's Daughters kick off meeting will be this Wednesday at lunch in Pirate Hall 600. Food provided! Bring a friend and your Bible and come join us in PH600"
REMINDER: If you plan to attend after school events and/or games, you MUST HAVE your school ID with you. If you purchased the $10 ASB sticker for your card, you are admitted free to home games. If you forget your card, or haven't paid for the ASB sticker, the cost is $3 to get in. You must get in the habit of carrying your school ID with you or be prepared to pay for attending events. School Store:
The School Store will not be open until Monday, September 15th. Stay tuned for more information regarding the changes coming to the menu and clothing sold in the school store. 9/12
Talent Search:
Talent Search Seniors who plan on taking the October, 4th, 2008, SAT Test needs to come to room 137 to complete the fee waiver. Try to get this done by no later than Friday, September 12th.
Juniors and Senior Talent Search students, October 10th we will be visiting the campus at Oregon State University in Corvallis. Please sign up with Mr. Winberg in room 137 if you are interested in going.
Native American Youth Association:
Our first meeting is September 8, 08 Monday at lunch in Mrs. Yasana's room 242 Main. We will have something for dessert- something sweet and something healthy to eat! Bring a friend-- New students to MHS- Come meet Elliott Aurdahl, our President for the 2008-09 school years. Meet the other officers and members -find out what offices are still available to fill. Students- There will be a meeting for those students interested in traveling to Costa Rica during June of 2009 on Wednesday, September 10th in Mr. Montiel's room. The meeting will begin at 11:35 so bring a lunch and plan to stay thought the lunch time. Those students that already signed up in the spring need to also attend.
